I've been sent a link to some information about PKC's Core Paths Network that I thought I'd share here on the website.
In a letter to Dave Stubbs of PKC, Diana Fraser at Scottish Government said:
Following conclusion of the DPEA Local Inquiry into the Perth and Kinross Core Paths Plan,
Scottish Ministers have considered and accepted the Reporter’s findings and
recommendations. Perth and Kinross Council are therefore directed to adopt the Core Paths
Plan in line with the recommendations in the Inquiry Report. A copy of the Report, detailing
the recommendations, is enclosed herewith.
