The police report covered the period from 2nd December 2025. Approximately 34 calls were made to Police Scotland from the Fossoway area. - Seven recorded offences, six relating to speeding through Carnbo on the A91 (43-47mph in a 30mph zone). - Additional road traffic surveillance is being put in place.

The minutes of the 2nd December 2025 meeting were proposed by Angus, seconded by Jill, and approved without amendment.

3. Progress & Matters Arising

Community Development Trust (CDT) The CDT newsletter has been produced and shared. Membership promotion was discussed, and it was agreed that the newsletter should be shared via Facebook. The next CDT meeting is planned for March 2026.

It was agreed that concerns should continue to be escalated to our area Cllr and remain a standing agenda item.

No further updates were available. Follow-up with the area Cllr was agreed.

Road Safety & A977 Mitigation

  • Double yellow lines and revised parking near Fossoway Church have been approved and added to the PKC Highways action list, with implementation expected when weather conditions allow.
