Draft Minutes of Fossoway and District Community Council EGM
1st November 2022, Carnbo Village Hall
Attending: Community Cllrs Sarah Bruce-Jones, Trudy Duffy, Nicola Marchant and Graham Pye; P&K Cllr David Cuthbert; Nine Members of the Public (MoP).
Apologies: CCllrs Angus Cheape and Faiza Hansraj-Jackson; Assoc. CCllr Carol Farquhar; P&K Cllrs Neil Freshwater, Willie Robertson and Richard Watters.
Following the appointment of the Community Council members in October, it was necessary to hold an EGM. Cllr Cuthbert took the chair of the EGM, to elect the chair of the new Council as follows:
Chair: Trudy Duffy Proposed: Graham Pye Seconded: Sarah Bruce-Jones
Cllr Cuthbert then handed the chair over to CCllr Duffy and the remaining officers were elected:

The Constitution, Standing Orders and Code of Conduct were adopted and signed.
The treasurer gave a brief financial statement: The annual top-up grant has been received from PKC, and the current balance is £636.00.
Dates of the CC’s regular meetings until the summer break are as follows:
6th December 2022, 3rd January 2023, 7th February, 7th March, 4th April, 2nd May and 6th June.
Next EGM will be 4th November 2025, and this one concluded at 7:35.
