Did You Know?
• The hall is a registered charity (SC026692) run by a Committee of volunteers who live in and around the village;
• It can be hired by anyone on an hourly basis through Jean Shearer in the village shop (£20 per hour for one off events);
• It is used by various groups on a regular basis (see timetable overleaf) but to cover the annual running costs we have to fundraise;

Auction of Items and Promises

September 13th 2014, 7pm, doors open 6.30pm
Please support us in any way you can. Come along on the night with family and friends or donate something for auction. It could be anything from a home baked chocolate cake to a few hours grass cutting to a restaurant voucher or an activity day out.
We’ll take anything!
The Committee is working hard to get auction items and we already have, for example, a Family Day at Landmark, golf at Blairgowrie and golf at St Andrews, some babysitting, a children’s disco, clay pigeon shooting and two different holiday homes for a week’s stay abroad.
Our target is to raise £3,000 so we really need everyone’s support.
Contact the committee to offer donation items, email us at moc.liamg|llahnovedfokoorc#moc.liamg|llahnovedfokoorc or speak to any Committee member.
A list of current Hall Committee members can be found on the Hall noticeboard.

We will be updating the auction list as we go along. The latest version can be found on the hall website at www.crookofdevonhall.com
Entry to the auction is £5 per person on the door with complimentary wine and free entry into a prize draw to win a Kindle Fire HD.
